CCPA Request Form (Exercising Your Privacy Rights)

California residents have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, the “CCPA”). As a California resident, you may exercise these rights by completing the below form or by submitting a request to hr@callan.com if you are a Callan employee or job applicant or privacy@callan.com for any other California resident. As provided in the CCPA, and subject to certain exceptions, a California resident has the right to know, delete, or correct personal information, as well the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information and the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. I understand that my request will be performed only if Callan LLC is able to verify my identity in accordance with applicable law.  I further understand that I may make a verifiable CCPA request twice within a twelve (12) month period.   I also understand that any request may be denied if it does not comply with applicable law.  For example, I understand that if I have submitted a deletion request, Callan LLC may be able to retain some or all of the personal information at issue for a variety of reasons, such as to comply with legal obligations.
